Kupkop PH (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website and the forthcoming Kupkop PH mobile app, an animal-welfare community for Filipino fur parents. You can reach us at team.kupkopph@gmail.com.
On this pre-launch website, we only collect the email address you choose to give us when you join the waitlist or contact us. When the app launches, we will collect additional information needed to provide its features — for example, your name, account details, location data for rescue reports, and photos you upload. We will update this policy before that happens.
We process your information based on your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist or contact forms. You may withdraw that consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (for example, an email or hosting provider), only as needed and under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We keep waitlist emails until the launch campaign is complete or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

This website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without appropriate consent.
