Kupkop PH (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website and the forthcoming Kupkop PH mobile app, an animal-welfare community for Filipino fur parents. You can reach us at team.kupkopph@gmail.com.
On this pre-launch website, the only information you give us directly is the email address you submit when you join the waitlist or contact us. We also collect basic, mostly anonymous usage data through analytics cookies (see “Cookies & analytics” below). When the app launches, we will collect additional information needed to provide its features — for example, your name, account details, location data for rescue reports, and photos you upload. We will update this policy before that happens.
We process your information based on your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist or contact forms. You may withdraw that consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (for example, an email or hosting provider), only as needed and under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We keep waitlist emails until the launch campaign is complete or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are viewed and which links bring people here. Google Analytics sets cookies and may collect information such as your approximate location, device, and browsing activity on this site. This helps us improve the site and our launch outreach.
